The Department of Pathology provides precise and rapid pathological diagnosis so as to suggest reasonable grounds for each clinical department to establish the direction of treatment and assess prognosis.
Department of Pathology supports each department and center in achieving optimum treatments and customized care through close cooperation. A pathology department generally refers to the actual field work of pathology in a hospital, and may also be referred to as anatomical pathology, diagnostic pathology, or histopathology. Pathology studies pathological morphology by studying changes in the state of disease, tissue structure, and organ morphology and function and examines the pathological morphology of specimens, including biopsy tissues and cells to provide information on the cause and prognosis of a disease, and determine the final pathological diagnosis and cause of death.
